Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tap•In app and website (the "Service"), operated by 30 Days of Product (d/b/a Tap•In). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and able to form a binding contract.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not harass, impersonate, or misuse the contact information of other users.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or offensive, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not collect or use other attendees' information except to make the connections the Service is designed for.

Your content

You retain ownership of the profile information and photos you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile to other attendees at events you join). You are responsible for the content you post.

Connecting with others

Tap•In lets you share your contact information with other attendees at events you tap into, and to receive theirs. You choose which details are visible. You are responsible for how you use contact information you obtain through the Service, and must comply with all applicable laws when contacting others.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by 30 Days of Product (d/b/a Tap•In) and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 30 Days of Product (d/b/a Tap•In) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date; your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
